Buying swim online can be so tricky so i was hesitant to buy some bikinis from Blacbkough swim. Lo and behold, a couple bottoms didnt fit as expected, so I reached out to customer service to make a return and all I had to do was drop off the items at a Happy returns Bar near me! They gave me store credit in my email which i later on used to purchase the correct size. great service and super easy return process, 5/5!

bought some suits and I fell in love but i do wish they had padding especially for someone with a small chest like me! Nonetheless still happy as the material is extremely thick and I won't show through the suit
EDIT: just checked and they dropped some new styles with padding, hallelujah! Will be purchasing. For those wondering i bought the Willow Top , Tona top and bri top , customer service also informed me that these suits although do not have padding are triple lined for thickness .

Needed a bunch of swimsuits before memorial day weekend and they arrived right on time! their suits are definitely on the more expensive side but you pay for quality, the bikinis are buttery soft and have the most vibrant prints. genuinely Impressed!

Initially I was kind of nervous about this because I wasn’t sure if the suits would be legit and actually fit me. I also usually don't buy "expensive" swimsuits as I've not really found one that has been worth the price. I wear like a size 8/10 ish in pants and a 36DD bra. I ordered an XL in willow top and stassy bottoms. I usually wear a medium or large in bottoms. But they fit like a GLOVE it is such a comfy suit and sits perfectly on the curves. I loved the way this color looked on me and the style of the bikini was very unique and cute. They were very responsive in instagram when I had questions. Order was shipped within 2 days and was delivered 5 days after.

I was a bit confused with the layout of the site at first but once I got used to it, I realized it was convenient. I could easily find the 'kinis I want by color and they even offered a 10% discount for new customers. Waiting on my friend so we can order together, but happy with their service so far.

I had difficulty figuring out which scrunchie set matched my girlfriends bikinis, but customer service replied quickly and sent over suggestions. Wasn't sure about shipping at first but arrived pretty quickly. 5 stars for the responsiveness and fast shipping!

So stoked to have finally found suits in a style I like/fit me the way I like. Although, my bank account isn't. I've ordered three separate times in the last two weeks.... the seamless styles are legit! I am a size 4 in pants and a 32D and medium fit me perfectly! Blackbough has return bars available where it's super easy to drop off and exchange your suit if you're not satisfied

First off, the willow top is my absolute top favorite from blackbough. As a 36D it's one of the most supportive tops for me. Second of all, the colors of their prints are absolutely gorgeous. And the fabric is soo sturdy! If you're wondering if Blackbough are legit, they are one of the most consistent "IG" swimsuit brands I know who have been releasing amazing designs year by year.

Placed an order for an upcoming trip and really wanted to make sure the order made it so I reached out to customer service to see if there was ANY way to speed up my delivery and they were able to get DHL to deliver it in time!! Absolutely loving my new suits for the summer: the designs are too cute and the styles are so flattering for my body type!! A+ customer service and 5 stars for these kinis!!
For ref: my usual size is M which works for my stringy suits but I needed to size up for my Billie and Martini bottoms and they fit great!!

I ordered over $300 worth of suits online. NONE of them fit and I went to return them finding out that they only offer exchanges or store credit. So I was going to exchange them so my sister could at least get something. I went to print the packing label and it wasn’t anywhere in my email or account. I tried calling, emailing, and using the chat box online and haven’t been able to contact anyone in over a week. Their communication is unprofessional and confusing. For the suits being so expensive I was expecting a great fit and quality of service but have still yet been able to contact the company. I am very frustrated that I can’t even exchange when really I just want to return and get my money back. 100% don’t recommend to anyone who is even slightly larger chested because you can’t return and all styles are itty bitty.

The bikinis weren’t terrible but the return policy is awful. They only allow store credit which I obviously do not want because their smallest size did not fit me. If you call the number on their website to contact them, it says it cannot be reached so obviously it isn’t even in service/fake. I don’t recommend spending the amount of money on these as they aren’t worth it. And from other reviews, I’m too scared to even return them for a store credit in fear that I won’t receive the credit. Save your money and don’t buy these.

My daughter ordered swimsuits from this company and as far as the product she was very pleased. We did need to return some items and she wanted to reorder a different size and color. Then we realized you can’t get a refund only store credit but that was fine as we wanted to spend that credit anyway. But their return is a joke I used the local FedEx office following their procedure and was told we would immediately get the store credit. We never got the credit and there is no way to go back to FedEx to prove they got it. This seems fishy quite frankly and unlike anything I’ve experienced buying items online and using returns. Be sure you know exactly what you want from this company cause returning and getting any money back is not an option.
